Running Strength Basics
You don’t need a fancy home gym with a ton of weight to get stronger! Runners often lack strength, and doing just a few exercises can help improve your strength, running efficiency, and running times!
Each workout is designed to be the "minimum necessary" for runners who are logging a lot of miles. These workouts should take less than 30 mins to complete.
Each workout contains the following:
A compound exercise
A hip and calf exercise
2 jumping or hopping movements

Build and sync workouts across devices. Workouts are built with your current fitness in mind. Pace based workouts included with varying intensities.
My philosophy:
Training should be sustainable
Recovery weeks are important
All training plans should leave room for error, illness, or injury
Run MOSTLY easy, do tempos frequently, and sometimes run REALLY hard
