Mobile and Virtual Strength Training

Most runners don’t like to lift weights.

While it’s not everyone’s favorite, performing a strength and plyometric program can improve running times by building running efficiency. I provide mobile personal and group training to help you reach your running and strength goals.

Mobile Personal Training

Start with a phone call to discuss your training and goals. From there, we will schedule a time for a 60 minute in-home strength and power assessment.

With mobile personal training, I will design a strength and plyometric program based on your strengths and weaknesses to help you reach your running goals.

Movements will range from basic bodyweight exercises, to more advanced strength/plyometric movements depending on what equipment you have available.

We will check in as needed for follow up assessments and program alterations.

Rates:

Initial strength/performance assessment: $150

Mobile follow up sessions:

60 mins: $150

45 mins: $115

Virtual Personal Training

Start with a phone call to discuss your training and goals. From there, we will schedule a time for a 60 minute virtual strength and power assessment. I will assess your movement and strength via webcam.

With virtual training, I will design a strength and plyometric program based on your strengths and weaknesses to help you reach your running goals.

Movements will range from basic bodyweight exercises, to more advanced strength/plyometric movements depending on what equipment you have available.

We will check in as needed for follow up assessments and program alterations.

Mobile Group Training

Introduction or Workshop

Learn foundational strength and plyometric progressions with individual feedback for each athlete. Ideal for athletes of all levels, with or without equipment.

I come to you! All sessions are completed at a location of your choosing.

Recurrent Sessions

Ideal for groups who are looking to start with the basics and progress over the course of a season.

Customized frequency available. We can work together in intervals ranging from weekly to quarterly. Each situation is different and requires a custom plan.

Rates

Groups of 10-20: $15/person

  • 75 min session

Groups of 20+: $12/person

  • 90-120 min session

*Larger groups may require longer sessions to allow all athletes to get custom feedback. Details available upon request
