I am a Physical Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has a passion for endurance athletics. I spent my younger years competing in high school and college track and cross country. I was lucky enough to be coached by the legendary coaches Joe Newton of York High school, and Paul Olsen of Augustana College. Through these years I learned how to compete and I learned what high level running looks like.

In addition to being a competitor myself, I have spent years learning about how the body works. As a physical therapist, I have treated countless endurance athletes ranging from recreational runners all the way up to elite college and post-collegiate athletes. I also studied to become a strength and conditioning specialist, and dedicate my post-graduate education to endurance training. Both of these endeavors help me to better serve athletes.

I’m also a certified running coach. I’ve helped athletes run their first 5k, or break 3 hours in the marathon. I have a wide range of experiences with running and helping athletes reach their goals.

Currently, I train for races from 10k up to the Marathon, and have years of experience with high level cycling as well. In my free time you’ll find me with my family, playing hockey, or training to reach my goals.
