Athletes

AEI Rolling Window
Longer windows reduce noise. 21–42 days recommended for long-run AEI.

Banister Fit Bounds
Prevents fatigue collapsing to zero. 0.1–0.3 recommended.
Parameter Overrides
Lock τ1 or τ2 when data can't constrain them. Set 0 to let optimizer choose freely.
Typical: τ1=42–60d, τ2=10–14d. Lock τ2 at 10–14 if it collapses to minimum.

Daily TRIMP → Column C of your Banister spreadsheet. All runs contribute TRIMP regardless of type or distance.
No data yet.
GPS runs that met the distance threshold but were excluded for duration, elevation, or other reasons. Adjust your filters to include them.
No near misses.
Aerobic Pace = GAP:HR regression at aerobic ref HR. Threshold Pace = same at threshold ref HR. R² shown for reference. Treadmill excluded.
AEI Trends & Banister Fit

Aerobic AEI → Column G (or Threshold AEI) as Banister spreadsheet anchors. Higher = faster = better aerobic efficiency.
